Gothere - Digital Ticketing
5.8 | 1.0.0
Make purchasing tickets for high school events easier using Gothere. Gothere connects students with their corresponding school and allows them to purchase tickets for the events they desire. This process works with the help of two users, the school user, and the student user. A school user can be any trusted representative for the school, and a student user can be, you guessed it, any student at the specific school.
The school user simply creates an event with the proper details, and depending on the grade of the student, this event will show up in their dashboard. The student now has the ability to purchase tickets for this event using either Apple Pay or a normal checkout flow. Once the payment is complete, the user will be provided with their ticket to show at the door, and if they added any, their selected guests' tickets as well.
As a school user you might be wondering how schools get paid. In order for the schools to receive their profits, it is important and the school's responsibility to keep track of every student that attends the event and be able to calculate total revenue generated from each event. Near the end of the school year, you will add up total revenue and relay this amount to your designated school board. When the district school board receives the year-end total profits generated from school events from all the schools using Gothere, they send us a grand total invoice of what we owe to that specific district school board. Once we receive the invoice, we payout the total to the district school board, and they pay out what they owe to each school.
Within all purchases, there is a service fee to go with it. For using our services, we charge a 12% fee for all purchases whether it be with Apple Pay, or a normal checkout. The fee we charge covers the service fees we get charged for by the third party services that we use in our app as well.
Refunds are fairly simple, head back to the details page of the selected event and tap on the
